If you want to have chips, for example, compare labels among different brands, flavors and varieties, and choose the one with the least calories, fat (especially Trans Fats), salt and sugar. And be careful to look for all the stealthy forms of sugar such as sucrose, high-fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, dextrose, glucose, fructose, maltose, honey and molasses.
