I had no idea what eating healthy meant

“I’ve always been into health and fitness since the age of 13. I’ve always been into working out. But what I thought was eating healthy wasn’t. I had absolutely no idea how to make a portion. I had no idea how to combine the right foods. So I was always trying to lose weight, but never able to really lose the weight I wanted to lose.

I’ve done the South Beach diet, I’ve done probably every diet pill under the sun. If I’d lose a couple pounds I’d end up gaining it right back. I was depressed all the time. I felt lethargic all the time, I was tired all the time. I didn’t want to do anything. 

Once I started Food Lovers, the weight fell off

But once I started doing the Food Lovers system, the weight just started falling off. In the first 21 days I lost 9 pounds, so I saw it pretty quickly. It gave me hope. I was excited, I was starting to feel better about myself. And for me, it was just the beginning of a new life.

I’m so much happier now

Now I’m confident. Before I would never wear a skirt. Now I’m wearing a skirt. Before, I wouldn’t even want to go to the beach. Now I want to go to the beach. I’m happy. I’m extremely secure with myself. I’m confident. I want to go out and do things. I’m just a much happier person being at the weight I’m at now.

This is the easiest program I’ve done

The Food Lovers system is probably the easiest program I’ve ever done. The reason why it’s easy is because you don’t feel deprived. I am able to eat the foods that I want, the foods that I love, and continue to lose weight. I’m eating pizza, I’m eating spaghetti, I’m going out to restaurants all the time. I’m eating brownies, cake, cookies, and I’m still losing weight. I learned how to combine fast carbs and slow carbs with protein and make a fat loss plate, and in the process, I’m burning fat.

Now I’m toned lean & happy

Before the Food Lovers system, I was big. I had really big thighs. Huge butt. A really big stomach. Even after I delivered my daughter, people would ask me if I was still pregnant. Now, I have muscle. I feel lean. I’m toned. I don’t have the big, gross stomach. People aren’t asking me if I’m pregnant. People are now telling me that I inspire them to lose weight. And I’m happy.”
