“I’ve had problems with my weight since I was about 15 years old, and I’m now 48. And up until the time I was 46, I’ve had issues with my weight. But thanks to the Food Lovers Fat Loss system, that’s no longer an issue for me.
Carrying extra weight made a huge difference in my life. I was concerned about doing things in school, participating in cheerleading and that sort of thing. What’s different about the Food Lovers Program is that you are not deprived. You can have whatever you want. The food is awesome. It tastes great. It’s what I’m used to eating. I just create it now in a healthier way. It’s easy. It’s something you can do for the rest of your life.
You learn what works together, proteins and carbohydrates. You learn to eat every two or three hours, which is a huge boost to your metabolism. I had an extremely slow metabolism from all of the dieting and horrible things I’d done over the years and now everything works the way it’s supposed to work. I’m not starving myself anymore.
The best thing about this program is that you never have to go off of it because you’re not really feeling like you’re on anything. You’re eating everything you want when you want to eat it. You’re eating every two hours. You’re feeling great. You have all this energy. You want to do things.
If you tried everything and you think nothing works, so have I, and this works if you do it. This is the rest of your life. This is healthy. This is what you need to do to go into a good, healthy, strong, energetic old age. Now, I can go out. I feel comfortable. I can talk to people. I don’t feel like I have to hide. And I feel so much better and know that every step of the way I am getting healthier and healthier. And so, I’m still going. And I will still keep going.”
