The weight came on gradually.
"I'm the person who gained five pounds a year forever, until I was just overweight. It started after I left school and I became
a little less active and got into the daily eight to five grind of life. I got to a size 18 and I was 194 pounds. And so I went on
the Food Lovers program and just knocked it all out. And it's amazing.
I knew it was time to change when none of my clothes fit.
My worst moment was when I decided to go back to work, and none of my old work clothes fit. I was talking to my mom and
