I didn't feel good about myself.
"I really never had a problem until I was in my mid-20s. After I got married, I kind of settled into the whole, 'Okay, I'm mar
ried. I'm fine. I don't really need to worry too much about how I look.' But there was a time where I just started to feel really
uncomfortable about just going out, going to work, dressing, shopping for clothes. It was really frustrating, so I thought I
needed to do something different.
I've lost a lot of my waist and on my arms, and I feel great. I looked a lot different before. You could really tell in my face. I've
